On the basis of § 29 point 3 of the Regulation of the WSE, the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama informs that the principle in the second part point 3 of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies is fragmentary applied. The Management Board of Pol-Mot Warfama took a decision that current and financial reports in 2010 would be published in Polish immediately but the translation would be available with delay.
