Contents of the report:

The Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. publishes dates of interim reports of 2011:

 

I. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) for:

 

a) QI 2011 - 16.05.2011

b) QIII 2011 – 14.11.2011

 

II.Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 – 31.08.2011

 

III. Consolidated annual report for 2011– 21.03.2011

 

The company, acting in compliance with §102 point 1 and §101 point 2 of the Regulation, will not publish the consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the second quarter of 2011. The Company will not publish also a separate semi-annual report pursuant to § 83 sec. 3 of the Decree. Consolidated quarterly reports of POL-MOT Warfama Capital Group will include quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.

 

Legal Act:

§ 103 point 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, later amended).
