Conclusion of annexes to the credit agreements with Bank BGŻ S.A.

Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on 13th January 2014 the Issuer was informed that the Company received signed by both parties annexes to the credit agreements, concluded on 12.06.2013 by URSUS S.A. and Bank BGŻ S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, of which the Issuer informed in the Current report no. 23/2013:
- Annex to the Revolving credit agreement, changing the duration of the agreement till 28.02.2014,
- Annex to the agreement for overdraft working capital credit, according to which the credit amount on 31.12.2013 was reduced from 2.000.000 PLN to 1.500.000 PLN and the duration of the agreement was changed till 28.02.2014,
- Annex to the Agreement on the line for issuance of documentary letters of credit, according to which the duration of the line is set till 28.02.2014.
The other provisions of the above-mentioned agreements, including types of securities, remain unchanged.
The legal grounds of transmission of the present report are § 5 sec. 1 point 3 in connection with § 9 the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
