Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that on the 31st December 2015 the Issuer submitted to the Financial Supervision Commission the application for approval of the issue prospectus concerning admission to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of P series ordinary bearer shares and Q series ordinary bearer shares.
The submitted application is related to admission and introduction to trading on the main market of the existing P series and Q series shares.
The Issuer informed about registration of the increase of the share capital of URSUS S.A. through the issue of 4.100.000 P series ordinary shares and 8.900.000 Q series ordinary shares accordingly in the Current Report no. 43/2015 (dated the 13th November 2015) and in the Current Report no. 44/2015 (dated the 16th November 2015).
P and Q series shares represent in total 23,99% of the share capital and authorize to 23,99% votes and the Issuer’s General Meeting.
