The New Time Limit of Presenting Current Reports in 2009

With the reference to the current report No 4/2009 and in connection with the new Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of 15th of March 2009, concerning the deadline of presenting current and periodic information, The Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. informs that the limit date of presenting periodic report for the year 2008 and 2009 are as the follows:

I. The Extended Consolidated Quarterly Reports :

a. IQ 2009 – 15th of May 2009

b. IIIQ 2009 – 13th of November 2009

Moreover The Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. informs that according to § 101 act 2 of this Regulation the Company wouldn’t publish the Quarterly Report for 2Q of 2009.

II. The Extended Consolidated Report for First Half of 2009 – 31th of August 2009

III. The Consolidated Annual Report for 2008 and Isolated Annual Report for 2008 - 31th of March 2009
