With reference to current reports No 7/2009 and 9/2009, the Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. with its headquarter in Dobre Miasto informs that due to pending negotiations of purchasing selected items of property from Ursus Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with headquarter in Warsaw and Ursus Komponenty Sp z o.o. in Warsaw, the Issuer made a new offer to Bumar sp. z o.o. (limited liability company).
