Article 56 clause 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Interim Information

Contents of the report:

On the basis of § 38 section 1 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of POL–MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on April 21, 2010 conceived a resolution of District Court in Olsztyn VIII Economic Division from April 20, 2010 to register in the Register of Companies changes in the Article of association (changes in §6 point 2, §17 point 3, §19 point 2 , and § 26 point 17). Changes in the Articles of association was made on the basis of the Extraordinary General Meeting’s resolution from January 22, 2010. The Issuer’s Management Board enclosed the list of registered changes in the Articles of association – available only in Polish.
