Annex to the credit agreement concluded with BRE Bank S.A.

Contents of the report:

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that on 28 March 2013, URSUS SA concluded with the Bank BRE BANK S.A. based in Warsaw Annex No. 2/2013 to the credit agreement dated 20.04.2012 (Current Report 9/201), as amended by Annex No. 1/2012 (Current Report 38/2012). Pursuant to the provisions of the Annex No. 2/2013, the expiry date of the credit agreement was extended till 1 April 2014.

The other provisions of the credit agreement remain unchanged, and the total maximum amount of the credit is as so far 2.600.000 EUR.

Legal Basis:

§5 sec.1 point 3 in connection with §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
