Notification of change in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting

Message:

Z the Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby announces that on 2 April 2013 the Issuer received from Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska notice that in result of ordinary market session transactions on the WSE in Warsaw on 20 March 2013, the participation of Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity Renale Management Limited decreased below 5% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of URSUS S.A.

Before the above transaction, Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity held in total 1.129.144 shares of URSUS S.A. constituting 5,09% of the Issuer’s share capital, entitling to 1.129.144 votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting, equal to 5,09% of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.

After the transaction concluded on 20 March 2013 Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity Renale Management Limited holds less than 5% of the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting

The legal basis of this current report is art. 70 point of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No 184, item 1539).
