Conclusion of annex to the contract with Ethiopian Sugar Corporation

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that on the 17th March 2016 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A and The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) SUGAR CORPORATION (Ethiopian Sugar Corporation) of an annex to the sales contract of cane haulage tractors, tandem cane haulage trailers and spare parts thereof of the total value 30.672.075,00 USD, concluded on the 26th August 2015, of which the Issuer informed in the current reports no. 26/2015, 45/2015, 46/2015 and 7/2016.
According to the provisions of the annex, the Parties agreed delivery by URSUS S.A. to Ethiopian Sugar Corporation of an additional lot of the contract subject, including 27 cane haulage tractors, 54 tandem cane haulage trailers and spare parts of the total value 5.021.476,45 USD.
According to the concluded annex, the Issuer will ship the above-mentioned goods in the third quarter of 2016. The payment for the sold goods will be made in accordance with the terms of payment of the contract, i.e. upon submission by URSUS S.A. of the relevant transport documents after shipment of the contract subject.
Other provisions of the agreement with Ethiopian Sugar Corporation remain unchanged.
The legal basis of transmission of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 with connection with § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
