According to Art. 70 Point 3 of the Regulation of public offerings of shares, conditions of turnover of financial instruments and public companies, dated on 29 July, 2005 (Polish Journal of Laws , No. 184, item 1539) the Management Board of POL–MOT Warfama S.A. presents the list of shareholders which own at least 5% of total number of votes on the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 30, 2012:

Amount of shares in stock capital: 13.732.242

Amount of votes: 13.732.242

Percentage share in total amount of votes: 61,91%

Percentage share in total amount of votes on OGM on May 30, 2012: 100%
