Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby notifies that on the 21st March 2016 was informed the Financial Supervision Commission on the 18th March 2016 with the decision no. DPI/WE/410/1/12/16 approved the prospectus of the Issuer, drawn up in connection with the application for admission to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 4.100.000 of the ordinary bearer P series shares and 8.900.000 of the ordinary bearer Q series shares of the Company URSUS S.A., of the nominal value of 1 PLN each share.

The prospectus of the Issuer will be available to the public on the 22th March 2016 on the Issuer’s website (www.ursus.com).

The legal basis of transmission of this report is of the Art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering dated July 29th 2005.
