Closing of the forward exchange transaction with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that on the 30th March 2016 the Issuer settled the forward sales transaction in the amount 15.000.000 USD, concluded on the 7th January 2016 with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 2/2016.
The transaction was settled by sales of the amount of 15.000.000 USD at the changed forward rate 4,0003 PLN, as a result of which the Company received at its bank account the equivalent of the difference in valuation of 15.000.000 USD between the exchange rate and the forward rate of the settlement date, i.e. the amount of 3.661.500 PLN.
The above transaction was settled before its execution date which was the 7th January 2017 and concerned the exposure resulting from the Company’s contracts settled in a foreign currency.
The legal basis of the present report is §5 sec.1 point 1 and point 3 in connection with §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
