Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that on the 30th March 2017 the Supervisory Board of URSUS S.A. with the resolution no. 216/2017 decided to dismiss Mr. Abdullah Akkus as from the 31st March 2017 from the position of the Member of the Management Board which he has held since the 1st March 2014. The reason of removal of Mr. Abdullah Akkus from the above-mentioned function is his appointment to another position in the capital group to which the Issuer belongs to.

At the same time the Issuer’s Management Board informs that the Supervisory Board of URSUS S.A. with the resolution no. 2176/2017 decided to appoint Mr. Zoran Radosavljević as a Member of the Management Board URSUS S.A. of the current, joint term of office, as from the 31st March 2017.

After the above-mentioned changes the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board from the 31st March 2017 is the following:

President of the Management Board  – Mr. Karol Zarajczyk,

Vice-President of the Management Board – Mrs. Monika Kośko,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Jan Wielgus,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Marek Włodarczyk,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Zoran Radosavljević.

Below the Management Board of the Issuer provides the required information about the newly appointed Member of the Management Board – Mr. Zoran Radosavljević.

Mr. Zoran Radosavljević holds a graduate degree, in 1991 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrad, field of studies: Production Engineering. The professional career of Mr. Zoran Radosavljević:

/2013 –2015/          INDUSTRIJA MAŠINA I TRAKTORA A.D. (Belgrad), CEO

Mr. Zoran Radosavljević does not run a business in other competitive company and he is not a partner of capital companies or partnerships. Besides, he has not been entered into the Registry of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.
