According to the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities The Management Board of Pol-Mot Warfama S.A. announces that on May 20, 2009 there was signed an agreement between Issuer and Turkish company Hattat Tarim Mak. San. ve Tic. A.S. concerning cooperation of tractors production 75-100 HP. The Hattat company would supply to POL-MOT Warfama S.A., inter alia, drivelines manufactured under license known Finnish company Valtra. Moreover tractors would be equipped in engines of English company Perkins. The suggested name for joint production is “POL-MOT”, and first tractor would be presented on AGROSHOW 2009, which hold on September 25-28, 2009 in Bednary near Poznań.

This three-year agreement is worth 27 000 000, 00 EURO and is a significant contract because exceeds 10% of Issuer’s equity capital.
