Admission and introduction to exchange trading of P and Q series shares

Message:
The Issuer’s Management Board informs that on the 11th April 2016 the Issuer was notified about the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of the Resolution No. 339/2016 of the 8th April 2016 on admission and introduction to trade on the GPW Main Market of the ordinary bearer shares of P and Q series of the company URSUS S.A., according to which 4.100.000 ordinary bearer shares of P series and 8.900.000 ordinary bearer shares of Q series of the company URSUS S.A. of nominal value of 1,00 each are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.
Besides, in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. decided to introduce on the 13th April 2016 the above-mentioned Company’s shares to trading in the primary market in ordinary procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. registers the said shares the 13th April 2016 and issues for them "PLPMWRM00012" code.
The legal basis of the present report is § 34 sec.1 point 2 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
