Conclusion of annex to the credit agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 8th May 2017 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with the seat in Warsaw of an annex to the multipurpose credit limit agreement concluded on the 11th December 2015, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 53/2015, 40/2016 and 1/2017.

According to the concluded annex, the duration of the agreement was extended till the 31st December 2017.

The other provisions of the credit agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., including the types of security, remain unchanged.

The current outstanding amount of the above-mentioned credit is 28.092.800 PLN. The financial means of the above credit are used for implementation of the contract with the Tanzanian company National Development Corporation.
