With reference to current reports No 2/2009, No 7/2009, 9/2009 and No 11/2009, the Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. with its headquarter in Dobre Miasto informs that the offer made by Issuer to Bumar sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) concerning purchasing selected items of property from Ursus Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with headquarter in Warsaw and Ursus Komponenty Sp z o.o. in Warsaw, was not accepted. Companies are carrying further negotiations, because of getting a new cooperation proposition from Bumar Sp. z o.o. in the field of tractors assembly and commercial cooperation (the promotion and sale of Ursus tractors). Above cooperation wouldn’t exclude the possibility of future undertaking of trademark or purchasing selected items of property of companies.
