The Management Board announces that on 6 June 2012, the Company Ursus SA was informed that a person closely associated with a person having access to confidential information concerning directly or indirectly the Company, sold on 30 May 2012 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange total of 1 797 shares of the Company at a price of PLN 1.45 per share.
