The Management Board of URSUS SA announces that on 20/06/2012, the company has made to the Bumar sp z o.o. payment resulting from the purchase agreement for trademarks "URSUS", which was described in the Current Report 9/2011 of 26/04/2011, under which the issuer acquired the trademark URSUS. Payment was made within the deadline. This cost does not adversely affect the Issuer's financial condition because it is compensatedby increased revenues from sales resulting from the use of the trademark URSUS.
