Registration by the National Deposit for Securities (KDPW  S.A.) of ordinary bearer shares N series of URSUS S.A.

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company has received on 22 April 2013 the resolution no. 275/13 of the Management Board of KDPW S.A.  ("KDPW") dated 16 April 2013 ("Resolution"), on the basis of which according to § 40 sec. 2, 3 and 4, in relation to § 2 sec. 1 and 4 of the Rules of KDPW, following the examination of the application of the Company, the Management Board of KDPW S.A. decided to accept in the deposit for securities 4.000.000 (four milion) ordinary bearer shares N series of URSUS S.A. of nominal value 1 PLN (one PLN) per share and covered with the code PLPMWRM00012, on condition that the decision of introduction to trading of these shares on the regulated market, where other shares of the company with the code PLPMWRM00012 had been introduced.

Registration of the above mentioned ordinary bearer N series shares of URSUS S.A. in the deposit for securities will be made within three days from the day of receiving by KDPW documents confirming decision of introduction to trading of these shares on the regulated market, on which other shares of the company with the code PLPMWRM00012 had been introduced by a company running this market, not before the day indicated in the decision of introduction of registered shares to trading on this market.  

Legal basis: The legal grounds of transmission of the present report are § 34 sec. 1 point 1 in connection with § 9 the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state.
