According to Art. 70 Point 1 of the Regulation of public offerings of shares, conditions of turnover of financial instruments and public companies, dated on 29 July, 2005 (Polish Journal of Laws , No. 184, item 1539) the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on the 1 June, 2009 the POL – MOT Holding S.A. (parent company to Issuer) has combined with the Belvedere Marki sp. z o.o. in Warsaw through Art 492 § 1 Section 1 and Art 515 and Art 516 of Commercial Companies Code – by accession to an estate of Belvedere Marki sp. z o.o. The Belvedere Marki sp. z o.o. was subsidiary company to POL – MOT Holding S.A. and before merger owned 667.242 Issuer shares. After merger POL-MOT Holding S.A. owns 13.732.242 Issuer shares and has 61,91% of votes on the Annual General Meeting.
