Contents of the report:

According to §5 Section 1 point 13 and § 19 point 2 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19th February, 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. in Dobre Miasto informs that there was published the merger plan with POL – MOT Opalenica sp. z o.o. in Opalenica at “Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy” No 107/ 2009 on 3th June, 2009. Moreover, the Issuer Management Board discloses documents mentioned in Art 505 § 1 point 1 – 3 of Commercial Companies Code in the registered office in Dobre Miasto ul. Fabryczna 21, on time: 29th June, 2009 to 31th July, 2009 (working days) between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The reason for the Management Board‘s decision about intention of merger was published at current report No 38/2008 on 28th November 2008.
