Contents of the report:

Pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 22 and § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, regarding current and interim information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (Polish Journal of Laws, No. 33, item 259) the Management Board of POL–MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on 19 August 2010, The District Court VIII Economic Department of the NCR in Olsztyn registered Marcin Matusewicz as Company’s proxy in the Entrepreneurs Register (Sign OL.VIII NS-REJ.KRS/008140/10/954).

 

Joint commercial representation means that to make statements in behalf of the Company Mr. Marcin Matusewicz must act jointly with one Member of the Management Board or other proxy.
