Title:

Introduction to trading of N series shares of URSUS S.A. on the WSE main market

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. with the resolution no. 443/2013 dated 25 April 2013 decided to admit official listing on the main market of 4.000.000 ordinary bearer shares URSUS S.A. of nominal value of 1 PLN (one PLN) per share.

Besides, with this resolution, on the basis of sec. 38 points 1 and 3 of the Rules of the WSE,  the Management Board of the WSE decided to introduce in normal mode from 30 April 2013 official listing on the main market of the above mentioned shares of the company URSUS S.A., provided that the KDPW registers these shares and signs them with code PLPMWRM00012.

At the same time we would like to inform that on the basis of the resolution of the WSE Management Board no. 442/2013 dated 25 April 2013, the 29 April 2013 is the last day of listing of  4.000.000 rights to N series ordinary under the code ISIN PLPMWRM00061 is.

Both resolutions became effective on the day of adoption.
