Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that on the 14th January 2015 at the Meeting of the Supervisory Board Mr. Tadeusz Ustyniuk resigned from his position as the Member of the Issuer’s Management Board. The Supervisory Board with the resolution no. 121/2015 decided to accept this resignation and dismiss Mr. Tadeusz Ustyniuk from the position of the Member of the Management Board URSUS S.A.
With the resolution no. 122/2015 the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Mr. Marek Włodarczyk as the Member of the Management Board URSUS S.A. from the 15th January 2015.
After the above-mentioned changes the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board from the 15th January 2015 is the following:
President of the Management Board – Mr. Karol Zarajczyk,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Abdullah Akkus,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Jan Wielgus,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Wojciech Zachorowski,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Marek Włodarczyk.

Mr. Marek Włodarczyk holds a graduate degree, in 1985 he graduated from the Agricultural Academy in Lublin, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology.

Mr. Marek Włodarczyk does not run a business in other competitive company and he is not a partner of capital companies or partnerships. There have been no records concerning Mr. Marek Włodarczyk in the Registry of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.
The legal basis of transmission of the present report is § 5 sec. 1 point 21 in relation with § 27 and § 5 sec. 1 point 22 in relation with § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
