Pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 21 and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, regarding current and interim information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (Polish Journal of Laws, No. 33, item 259) the Management Board of POL–MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on 23 September 2010 The Supervisory Board pass a resolution No. 359/2010 of appeal on 23 September 2010. Mr. Stanislaw Kulas from the function of Vice President / Member of the Management Company.
