Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. announces that on 26 April 2013 the Company received a notice dated 24 April 2013 from a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer submitted in compliance with Art. 160 sec. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated July 29th 2005 (Dz.U.2010.211.1384, as amended.). In the notification the Issuer has been informed about transactions of sale of Issuer’s shares made by an entity closely related to the notifying party, i.e. the companyPOL-MOT HOLDING S.A. The company POL-MOT Holding S.A. on 18-23 April 2013 sold in total 86.047 shares of the Issuer at the average rate of 3,11 PLN per share.
The above transactions of sale of shares of the Issuer are set out on the regulated market of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw during the session.
Before the above-mentioned transactions POL-MOT Holding SA held16.111.313 shares of URSUS S.A. representing 61,54% of the Issuer's share capital entitling to 16.111.313 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounted for 61,54% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
After the above transactions POL-MOT Holding SA holds 16.025.266 shares of URSUS SA representing 61,21% of the share capital of the Issuer's giving the right to 16.025.266 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 61,21% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
The person obliged to notification according to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 15 November 2005 on providing and giving access to information on certain transactions in financial instruments and the rules of drawing up and keeping the register of persons having access to certain confidential information (Journal of Laws of 2005, 229, item 1950), did not agree to publish his personal data.
