On the basis of § 38 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259) the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. releases proposed resolution for the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held on 24 June 2009.
