Contents of the report:

According to Art. 70 Point 1 of the Regulation of public offerings of shares, conditions of turnover of financial instruments and public companies, dated on 29 July, 2005 (Polish Journal of Laws , No. 184, item 1539) the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that TFI Allianz Polska S.A. with registered office in Warsaw acts in Allianz FIO’s name notified selling the Issuer’ shares from the subfunds portfolio, which exceed lower limit 5% of Allianz FIO stake in total amount of votes on the Annual General Meeting. Allianz FIO had 1.164.538 Issuers shares before transaction, which amounted 5,25% stake in total number of votes. Nowadays Allianz FIO owns 864.538 Issuers shares and thereby the same number of votes on the Annual General Meeting which presents 3,9% stake in initial capital and in total number of votes.
