Acting on the basis of the art. 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No 184, item 1539) the Management Board of URSUS S.A. submits for public knowledge the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. that was held on 31 September 2012:
