Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on 7 May 2013 the Company received information  that the District Court in Olsztyn, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register with its resolution of  30 April 2013 the change of the Articles of Association in the  National Court Register of  Entrepreneurs was registered. The change consists of transfer of the main seat of the company from Dobre Miasto to Lublin, made with the resolution no. 28/2013 of the Ordinary General Meeting dated 17 April 2013.

In the attachment the Issuer makes available Single Text of the Articles of Association including the adopted change and document listing changes to the Articles of Association, both in Polish language.
