The Management Board of URSUS S.A., in compliance with the art. 19 sec. 1 MAR informs that on the 30th May 2017 received from the closely-related person a notification on an indirect acquisition of shares in the share capital of URSUS S.A. as a result of registration of the increase of the Company’s share capital.
