Conclusion of annexes to the credit agreements with Bank BGŻ S.A.

Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 9th June 2014 the Issuer was informed that the Company received signed by both parties two annexes to the credit agreements, concluded on 12.06.2013 by URSUS S.A. and Bank BGŻ S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, of which the Issuer informed in the Current report no. 23/2013:
- Annex to the Revolving credit agreement, according to which the credit amount was reduced from 2.500.000 EUR to 1.197.546,57 EUR and the duration of the agreement was extended till 20.06.2014,
- Annex to the Agreement on the line for issuance of documentary letters of credit, according to which the amount of the granted limit was reduced from 2.500.000 EUR to 1.197.546,57 EUR and the duration of the agreement was extended till 20.06.2014,
The other provisions of the above-mentioned agreements, including types of securities, remain unchanged.
The legal grounds of transmission of the present report are § 5 sec. 1 point 3 in connection with § 9 the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
