Contents of the report:

The Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. hereby informs, that on June 20, 2011 Mr. Tomasz Horbal resigned from his function as a Member of the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama SA with effect from June 30, 2011 because of personal reasons.
