Notification of change in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting

Contents of the report:

Acting on the basis of the art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No 184, item 1539), the Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby announces that on 31.08.2012 the Issuer received from Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska notice that in result of an ordinary market session transaction on the WSE in Warsaw on 22 August 2012 the participation of Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity Renale Management Limited exceeded 5% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of URSUS S.A.

Before the above transaction, Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity held in total 1.107.854 shares of URSUS S.A. constituting 4,99% of the Issuer’s share capital, entitling to 1.107.854 votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting, equal to 4,99% of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.

After the concluded transaction, on 22 August 2012 Mrs. Agnieszka Buchajska together with the related entity Renale Management Limited holds 1.129.144 shares of URSUS S.A., constituting  5,1% of the Issuer’s share capital, entitling to 1.129.144 votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting, representing 5,1% of the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.
