The Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on June 30, 2011, the Issuer concluded with the company ABN AMRO Commercial Finance sp. z o.o. factoring contract. Under the agreement, the company will provide factoring services for POL-MOT Warfama S.A. by financingsales of farm tractors. The maximum factoring limit is PLN 10 000 000. The agreement was concluded by 30 June 2012 with the possibility of automatic renewal. The factor is entitled to remuneration for services rendered, which does not deviate from the remuneration on the market of factoring services.

The agreement concludedwith ABN AMRO Commercial Finance sp. z o.o. will increase liquidity of POL - MOT Warfama SA and the volume of tractors sold.
