Conclusion of loan agreement

Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that the Issuer concluded with the company POL - MOT Holding S.A. with the seat in Warsaw a loan agreement of 6.000.000 PLN. The loan amount was transferred to the Issuer today. The Issuer is obliged to repay the loan till June 30th 2014. The loan is subject to interest of WIBOR 3m, increased by margin. Other provisions of the agreement do not differ from the terms commonly used in this kind of agreements.
The financial means under the loan are intended for the Issuer’s current operation.
The legal basis of transmission of the present report is Art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies (unified text of 9th October 2009, Journal of Laws of 2009, No 185, item 1439).
