Information on transactions of persons with access to inside information

Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 1st July 2014 the Issuer received a notice dated 30 June 2014 from a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer submitted in compliance with Art. 160 sec. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated July 29th 2005 (Dz.U.2010.211.1384, as amended.). In the notification the Issuer has been informed about transactions of sale of Issuer’s shares made by an entity closely related to the notifying party, i.e. the company POL-MOT HOLDING S.A. The company POL-MOT Holding S.A. on the 30 June 2014 executed a transaction of sale (contribution to cover shares in the increased share capital in the joint-stock limited partnership (SKA)) of the total of 5 629 000 shares of the Issuer to its subsidiary (the company Aquarius VII limited liability company SPV IX joint-stock limited partnership (the new name of the company is: Reo limited liability company Inwestycje S.K.A.)). The shares were contributed at the price established at the weighted average price, at which were traded on the regulated market in the period of six months prior to the day of contribution. The above price was 2,5915 PLN per share.
The above-mentioned transaction was executed outside the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Before the above-mentioned transactions POL-MOT Holding S.A. held 15.529.000 shares of URSUS S.A. representing 59,31% of the Issuer's share capital entitling to 15.529.000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounted for 59,31% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
After the above transactions POL-MOT Holding S.A. itself holds 9.900.000 shares of URSUS S.A. representing 37.82% of the share capital of the Issuer's giving the right to 9.900.000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 37,82% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
After the above transactions POL-MOT Holding S.A. together with its subsidiary holds 15.529.000 shares of URSUS SA representing 59,31% of the share capital of the Issuer's giving the right to 15.529.000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 59,31% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
The person obliged to notification according to § 3 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 15 November 2005 on providing and giving access to information on certain transactions in financial instruments and the rules of drawing up and keeping the register of persons having access to certain confidential information (Journal of Laws of 2005, 229, item 1950), did not agree to publish his personal data.
The legal basis of transmission of this current report are are § 5 sec. 1 point 9 in connection with § 15 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No. 33, point 259 with subsequent changes) and art. 69 sec. 2 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (i.e. of 28.06.2013, Journal of Laws of 2013, No. 1382 as amended)
