Changes in the Management Board of the Issuer

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that at the meeting of the Supervisory Board URSUS S.A. held on the 5th November 2013, at the request of Mr. Adam Dobieliński motivated with his poor health and intention of retirement, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution of dismissal of Mr. Adam Dobieliński from his position of the President/ Member of the Management Board of URSUS S.A., coming into force on the day of adoption.

In relation with the above-mentioned resolution, the Supervisory Board adopted another resolution which assigned the function of the President of the Management Board URSUS S.A. to Mr. Karol Zarajczyk, previous Vice-president of the of the Management Board  URSUS S.A. The assigned function was taken up with adoption of the resolution. The Supervisory Board decided also that the Management Board URSUS S.A. of the current, common term of office, from the day of adoption of the resolution will be composed of four persons. 

After changes in the Issuer’s Management Board made by the Supervisory Board on the 5th November 2013, the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board from the 5th November 2013 is the following:


President of the Management Board  – Mr. Karol Zarajczyk,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Jan Wielgus,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Wojciech Zachorowski,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Tadeusz Ustyniuk.


The legal basis of transmission of the present report is § 5 sec. 1 point 21 in relation with § 27 and § 5 sec. 1 point 22 in relation with § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
