Title:

Annex to the credit agreement with Bank Millennium S.A.

Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that on 19 November 2013 between URSUS S.A. and Bank Millennium S.A. with the seat in Warsaw was concluded the Annex to the credit agreement in form of overdraft facility of 16 September 2008 (of which the Issuer informed with the current report no. 33/2008) with changes.

Pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned Annex, coming into effect on the 2 December 2013,  the expiry date of the credit agreement was extended till the 21 December 2013. The other provisions of the credit agreement remain unchanged in comparison with the Annex concluded on 27 November 2012 (current report no. 33/2012).

In the following month the Issuer, after negotiations of the terms, intends to conclude another annex to the credit agreement of 16 September 2008 with Bank Millennium S.A. extending the credit repayment date by a longer period.  

The legal basis of the present report is §5 sec.1 point 1 and point 3 in connection with §7 and §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
