Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 1st July 2014 the Issuer received from the Bank BGŻ S.A. with the seat in Warsaw a certificate of the full repayment of the revolving credit granted to the Issuer on the basis of the credit agreement concluded on the 12th June 2013, with subsequent changes, of which the Issuer informed in the Current report no. 23/2013.
The legal basis of transmission of the present report is the art. 56 point sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, No. 1382, with subsequent changes).
