Contents of the report:

The Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board acting in compliance with § 5, item 1 point 22 in connection with § 28 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259) during the meeting held on January 22, 2010 appointed as of February 1, 2010 Mr. Tomasz Horbal to the position of the Management Board member.
