Technical annex to the overdraft facility agreement with Bank PKO BP SA

Contents of the report:

 Issuer's Board announces that on 24 January 2011 between POL-MOT Warfama SA and the Bank PKO BP SA based in Warsaw, was included the technical annex to the credit agreement in the current account from 16 June 2004 as amended.

Under the provisions of this annex the deadline for loan repayment was extended to 25 February 2011. Other conditions of the credit agreement remain unchanged in relation to the supplementary agreement, signed on 25 January 2010. (Current Report 6 / 2010).

The Issuer intends within the next month, after negotiating the conditions to sign an annex to the loan agreement dated 16 June 2004 with Bank PKO BP SA prolonged period of loan repayment.
