The publication dates for periodic reports in 2013

Contents of the report:

The Board of the URSUS S.A., announces the following publication dates of periodic reports in 2013:

1.      Separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2012 – 20 March 2013

2.      Consolidated interim report for the first half of 2013 - 30 August 2013

3.      Consolidated quarterly reports:

a) for the 1st quarter of 2013 – 15 May 2013

b) for the third quarter of 2013 – 14 November 2013

The Board announces that pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2013 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2013 in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not separately publish the interim report in accordance with § 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation. Consolidated quarterly reports of the URSUS Capital Group will include the quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.
