The publication dates for periodic reports in 2014

Article 56 clause 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Interim Information

Message:

The Board of the URSUS S.A., announces the following publication dates of periodic reports in 2014:

1. Separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2013 – 21 March 2014

2. Consolidated interim report for the first half of 2014 - 29 August 2014

3. Consolidated quarterly reports:

a) for the 1st quarter of 2014 – 15 May 2014

b) for the third quarter of 2014 – 14 November 2014

The Management Board announces that pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2014 in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish separately the interim report in accordance with § 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation. The consolidated quarterly reports of the URSUS Capital Group will include the quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and the quarterly financial information.

Legal basis:

§ 103 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
