Admission of the shares of O series to the deposit of securities

Message:
The Issuer’s Management Board informs that on the 20th January 2015 the Issuer was notified about the adoption by the Board of National Securities Depository ("KDPW") of the Resolution No. 39/15 of 20th January 2015 concerning admission to the National Securities Depository of 15.000.000 ordinary bearer shares of O series of the company URSUS S.A. of nominal value of 1,00 each share and giving them the code PLPMWRM00012, under a condition that the company running the regulated market makes the decision to introduce these shares on the same regulated market on which other shares of the Company labeled with the code PLPMWRM00012 are listed.
The shares of O series shall be registered with the National Depository for Securities within 3 days after receipt by the National Depository for Securities of documents confirming that the company running the regulated market made the decision referred to above, but no earlier than the date of admission of shares to trading on the same market as stipulated in the said decision.
The legal basis of the present report is § 34 sec.1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
