According to § 5 Section 1 point 14 and § 20 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on August 31, 2009 (the day of takeover) the District Court in Olsztyn VIII Economic Division registered the acquisition FMR POL-MOT Opalenica sp. z o.o. in Opalenica (KRS 37387) by Pol-Mot Warfama S.A.. The acquisition will ensue by taking over the Pol-Mot Opalenica assets by Pol-Mot Warfama SA without increasing the Issuer initial capital (In accordance with Extraordinary General Meeting of Pol-Mot Warfama S.A. and Extraordinary Meeting of Co-partners of FMR POL-MOT Opalenica sp. z o.o.) The FMR POL-MOT Opalenica is producer of welding steel constructions based on received constructional documentations and manufacturer of agricultural machinery used in preparing and giving hay-silage techniques. After acquisition POL-MOT Warfama S.A. will offer wider range of products and will increase the share in market segments.
