Contents of the report:
The Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. announces that on September 13, 2011 the Issuer was notified about the registration by the District Court in Lublin - Lublin East based in Świdnik, VI Commercial Department, a subsidiary under the name Ursus sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) based in Lublin. The company was registered under number KRS 0000395392. In the registered subsidiary, the Issuer owns 100% of the total nominal value of PLN 5,000.
Establishmentof a subsidiary Ursus sp o.o. is an element of the strategy of the Issuer in the reconstruction and revitalization of the URSUS brand on the Polish and international market and represents another step in the development of the POL – MOT Warfama Capital Group.
The newlyregistered company, is not the successor in right of the company Ursus sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (KRS 0000085448), which now operates under the name LZM2 sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) in Warsaw and it is not affiliated in any way.
