Contents of the report:

On the basis of § 38 section 1 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on September 7, 2009 conceived a resolution of District Court in Olsztyn VIII Economic Division in the Case Reference Number (no. OL.VIII NS-REJ.KRS/009135/09/735) to register in the Register of Companies changes in the Article of association (changes in §5, §30 point 3, 4, 5 and §33, and new § 30 paragraph in point 7).
